Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect to join our team in Bharatpur, Chitwan. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution, with a strong ability to translate client vision into practical, code-compliant, and visually striking designs. This role requires close collaboration with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal design teams from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Prepare and review working drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure design integration and compliance
Conduct site visits and supervise construction to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, bylaws, and regulatory requirements
Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client meetings
Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
Collaborate with senior architects and the design team to refine and improve project deliverables
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and construction technologies relevant to the local market

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project management
Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, or similar)
Strong understanding of local building codes, bylaws, and construction practices in Nepal
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
