Role Description
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Plan and run digital and offline marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
- Meet potential clients and deliver compelling product/service presentations
- Manage social media platforms and strengthen brand identity online
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales and marketing performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding, client servicing, and communications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in Nepali and English
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Target-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with analytical abilities
