We're looking for a WordPress Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience who MUST takes ownership, makes thoughtful technical decisions, and is accountable for delivering high-quality work.

NOTE: This role is intended for experienced professionals who can independently own WordPress projects and take responsibility for technical decisions within their scope.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites.
Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
Develop custom Gutenberg blocks and work extensively with ACF.
Configure and maintain multilingual websites using WPML.
Manage SEO-related implementations using Rank Math.
Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, and server-related issues.
Perform regular website maintenance, security reviews, and performance optimization following engineering standards.
Optimize websites based on Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights.
Work with MySQL databases and WordPress performance optimization techniques.
Review logs, debug issues, and implement reliable solutions.
Take ownership of assigned websites—from development to long-term maintenance, ensuring quality, stability, and timely issue resolution.
Proactively identify technical improvements, communicate potential risks, and drive solutions without waiting for instructions.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

3–4 years of professional WordPress development experience.
Strong knowledge of PHP and WordPress Core.
Experience developing custom WordPress themes.
Experience customizing or developing WordPress plugins.
Hands-on experience with Gutenberg Block development.
Strong experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
Experience managing multilingual websites using WPML.
Experience implementing SEO features using Rank Math.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience working with MySQL databases.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of WordPress security best practices.
Experience optimizing website performance and Core Web Vitals.
Ability to independently own projects, prioritize work, and take responsibility for technical decisions within assigned tasks.
Good communication and documentation skills.
