Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand champion, ensuring brand integrity across all activities.
  • Plan and execute consumer marketing programs including positioning, pricing, promotion, and advertising.
  • Contribute to annual brand planning and manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies for year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, and events.
  • Use consumer and category insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to align strategies across channels.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and brand events.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities within target communities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance, including ROI and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute branding campaigns aligned with the brand vision and mission.
  • Align internal teams around brand direction and messaging.
  • Lead creative development and manage marketing teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to refine strategies.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable go-to-market plans.

Requirements:

  • 8-9 years of experience in Brand and Marketing
  • General brand management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word
  • Consumer communication strategy, planning and execution
  • Cross-functional project leadership
