Job DescriptionOur Client, Arogin Healthcare is hiring Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, converting prospective clients, and promoting Arogin’s hair transplant and skincare services. You will act as the front-line ambassador of the company, ensuring clients receive accurate information and a positive experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying, attracting, and onboarding clients interested in hair transplant and aesthetic procedures.
- Engage with walk-in inquiries and convert them into consultations and sales appointments.
- Educate prospective clients about Arogin’s service offerings, technologies (e.g., B.E.S.T., DHT, FUE), pricing, and financing options.
- Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and social media messaging to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, clients, and sales activities using CRM or internal tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to align client outreach with promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to the Sales Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
- Attend promotional events, health expos, and community outreach programs to represent the company and generate leads.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong sales experience).
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medical services, beauty & wellness, aesthetics, or related industries.
- Experience in inbound and outbound sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable engaging with clients in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
- Ability to understand and explain medical-aesthetic services clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and ethical sales conduct.
