Job Description
Key Responsibilities• Oversee operations and site supervision at Unnati Cultural Village and support cluster activities across Chitwan.
• Develop market linkages and promote artisan-made products, including ceramics, natural fibre products, and other traditional handmade crafts.
• Coordinate sales activities, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with local artisans, communities, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Support the production and promotion of crafts while encouraging active participation of artisans in Unnati programs.
• Coordinate cultural events, exhibitions, and promotional activities that showcase local heritage and craftsmanship.
• Support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives to increase awareness of UCV and SIYA products and services.
• Prepare reports on sales, marketing activities, and community engagement, while coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years experience in operational work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Nepali and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
