Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through the CRM system and convert them into sales and leasing opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits to generate business.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system and track progress from inquiry to closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely lead assignment, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare basic marketing content and coordinate with agencies and designers for campaigns and promotional materials.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media, WhatsApp campaigns, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
- Visit schools, institutions, corporate houses, and event management companies to promote robotic solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, identify new business opportunities, and submit weekly sales and activity reports.
