INFIVITY fosters a supportive, collaborative environment where educators, trainers, and interns contribute to meaningful learning outcomes for children.Role Description This Training to Internship (IoT) role at INFIVITY is an on-site internship based in Damak Municipality. Interns will support day-to-day learning activities, assist in delivering technology and creativity sessions for children, and help prepare training materials, tools, and classroom resources. The role includes guiding students through basic IoT and related tech projects, answering questions, and providing individual support where needed. Interns will collaborate with senior trainers on lesson planning, assist in evaluating student progress, and help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating with parents or guardians when required, documenting activities, and contributing ideas to improve program delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal explanation and age-appropriate interaction with children.
- Interest or experience in Training & Development and Training, especially in educational or youth-focused environments.
- Basic understanding of Instructional Design principles, with the ability to help create simple, structured learning materials.
- Customer Service mindset, with a focus on patience, empathy, and collaborative problem-solving when working with learners and families.
- Genuine interest in technology, IoT, or STEM education, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools and platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Damak Municipality, manage time effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Background in education, engineering, computer science, or related fields (student or recent graduate) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to maintaining an inclusive, respectful, and safe learning space for children with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
