Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead overall operations, strategy, team management, and business growth for our equipment trading business serving hotels, restaurants, bakeries, dairies, and food industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, inventory management, procurement, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team (sales, marketing, admin, and logistics).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, key clients (hotels, dairies, bakeries), and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Identify few business opportunities and drive growth in the hospitality & food equipment sector.
Job Specification
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or any relevant field (CA/ACCA preferred).
- Proven track record of leading teams as a Manager or senior leader (minimum 5–8+ years in managerial role).
- Experience in any industry acceptable; preference for trading, wholesale, hospitality supplies, equipment sales, or related B2B sectors.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting/ERP software is a plus.
- Age preferably 35–50 years; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
