Key Responsibilities
Visit banks regularly for deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearance, and other financial transactions.
Handle bank-related documentation and ensure timely submission and collection of required papers.
Carry out all official outdoor duties such as document delivery, collection, and submission to clients, offices, and government bodies.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and related offices for smooth operational work.
Ensure safe handling and transportation of cash, cheques, and confidential documents.
Assist in courier and dispatch-related work (letters, files, parcels, etc.).
Support office staff in urgent external tasks as assigned by management.
Maintain proper records/logs of all outside visits and tasks completed.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned fieldwork with responsibility and accuracy.
Follow company policies and maintain professionalism while dealing with external parties.
Job Specification
Must have a bike & valid driving license
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of finance/marketing preferred
