Position Overview

Shaurya Cement Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team at our Headquarter in Birtamode. If you have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a drive to achieve targets, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in , Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cement, building materials, or FMCG industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Proficiency in MS Office.
