Job Description
Qualifications
- Site supervision and project coordination skills, including managing daily interior works, monitoring progress, and aligning site activities with project plans.
- Technical understanding of interior construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications, with the ability to interpret and implement design details on-site.
- Quality control and safety management skills, including conducting inspections, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Planning and organizational skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation of site activities and reports.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in interior site supervision.
- Previous experience in interior fit-out, residential or commercial interior projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Kathmandu, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
