Role Description The Sales Officer role at Doctor Purifier is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu Valley. The Sales Officer will identify and pursue new customer leads, present product benefits, and explain the rental model to prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits, following up on inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, and supporting channel partners to expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with prospects and customers.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines and drive conversions.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to collaborate with partners and support distribution activities.
- Basic knowledge of water purification or consumer appliances is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu and conduct regular field visits.
- Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
