Location: Kumarigal-7, Boudha
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit specialist doctors, including Neurologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Oncologists, and other consultants, to promote the organization's services.
- Develop and maintain long-term referral relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and onboard new referral partners, including hospitals, clinics, schools, hotels, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to introduce the organization's healthcare solutions.
- Plan daily field visits and achieve assigned outreach and relationship-building targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, referrals, and follow-up activities.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 2+ years of Experience in related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Self-driven, professional, and target-oriented.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
- No prior healthcare experience is required.
- 2 wheeler and license mandatory.
