Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented International Sales Executive to drive business growth in our global markets. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of proven experience selling IT solutions, software, and services internationally. Since this role targets international clients, you must possess impeccable English communication skills, exceptional client-pitching capabilities, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for the entire sales funnel—from identifying prospects to delivering compelling pitches and securing long-term client engagements.
Key Information
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Office Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Nepal Standard Time) — Shifted to align with target international business hours.
- Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in International IT Solution/Software Sales.
- Compensation: Comprehensive salary package + High-yielding performance bonus/incentives.
Core Responsibilities
1. Prospect Identification & Lead Generation
- Research, identify, and qualify potential B2B prospects in international markets using LinkedIn, business directories, and industry databases.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Run targeted outbound email and social selling campaigns to generate initial interest.
2. Client Pitching & Consultation
- Conduct introductory calls and high-impact sales presentations/demos to C-level executives, product owners, and tech leads abroad.
- Understand complex client requirements and pitch tailored IT software, offshore development teams, or project-based services.
- Effectively communicate our technical capabilities, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
3. Engagement & Relationship Management
- Nurture leads through consistent, strategic follow-ups to move prospects smoothly through the sales cycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the early engagement phase, ensuring a seamless handover to the technical/project management delivery teams once a sale is finalized.
- Address client objections confidently by providing insightful tech-driven solutions.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Technical & Professional Experience
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of direct experience in IT Sales, software services sales, or digital solutions consulting in international markets (e.g., US, Europe, Australia, or Middle East).
- SDLC Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle, tech stacks (web, mobile, cloud), and standard industry terminology (Agile, DevOps, QA, Fixed Price vs. Time & Material models).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage international client communication independently.
Soft Skills & Attributes
- Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English is non-negotiable. You must be able to converse naturally, build rapport, and write highly professional business proposals.
- Pitching Mastery: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Time Discipline: Ability to consistently maintain the early morning shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM NST) with high energy and focus.
