Job Description
Workstation: Kuleshwor, Kathmandu
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer for a furniture and interior solutions company in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, dealer management, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires regular travel to meet clients, expand the dealer network, and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, and customers to generate sales.
- Find new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
- Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare simple sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the furniture or related industries.
- Experience in field sales and dealer/distributor management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel across Nepal as required.
- Experience in revenue generation and payment recovery.
- Basic computer skills for preparing reports and using email.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
