Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Junior Business Development Officer to join our team at Delta Creation, specializing in Website Design and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will promote our services through both physical and digital marketing efforts.
Location: Onsite – Lokanthali, Near Jadibuti Bridge
Employment Type: Full-Time
Office Days: 5 days a week
Office Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Lunch: Yes
Key Responsibilities:
Physical Marketing:
- Visit prospective clients at their offices or business premises to present the company's products and services, understand their requirements, and build long-term business relationships.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate solutions and convince clients to move forward with the company's services.
- Perform regular follow-ups through client visits, negotiations, and discussions to address concerns and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at business events, networking sessions, and exhibitions while actively identifying and generating new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers through consistent in-person engagement and professional relationship management..
Digital Marketing:
- Promote services through social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via digital channels.
- Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track and convert digital leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, generating revenue through effective lead conversions.
- Stay informed on market trends and share feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales with a proven track record of deal closures.
- Marketing Skills: Proficiency in physical and digital marketing techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity or strong interest in sales of website development and digital marketing.
- Mobility: Flexibility for local travel to meet clients and attend marketing events.
- Education: Bachelor Level in Marketing or similar fields
Preferred Qualifications:
- A two-wheeler license is highly desirable for ease of travel.
- Prior experience in website design or digital marketing industries is a bonus.
