Job Description
  • Take ownership of building, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships and with other key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and expand business in the related account to continuously generate revenue and enhance the profitability of the company.

  • Sales operation of the account by creating business opportunities, delivering E2E and Lead-to-Cash

  • Exceed the KPI given for the account.

  • Handle marketing promotion activities, e.g., connecting presentations, organizing business activities, and supporting brand building, and maintaining the level of customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve the business-related issues, suitable solution resolution and coordination with the Customer till closure.

  • Collect and understand Market information analysis, and reporting to the Management.

  • Support and coordinate with different internal departments, e.g., marketing, project, etc. teams to make the solution acceptable to the customer.

  • Government Bidding process, contract negotiation, project implementation, and commercial collection.

  • Customer issue resolution and coordination till closure.

  • Customer/Competitor/Market information, analysis,s and reporting.

  • Provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team and maintain customer relationships.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Generate and maintain sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance metrics.

  • Use data analysis to provide insights to the sales team and management for informed decision-making.

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Communication preferred or related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sales.

  • Experience in telecommunication / Internet Service Provider/ IT or other tech sector shall be highly preferred.
