Position Title: COCO Sales Manager 2W (HERO)

Location: Thapathali

Reports To: BUH


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented COCO Sales Manager to lead and manage Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) outlets for the 2 Wheeler division. The role is responsible for driving vehicle sales, improving customer experience, managing showroom operations, achieving business targets, and leading the sales team to maximize profitability and market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for 2 Wheeler products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom performance and market share.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, customer inquiries, walk-ins, and conversion ratios.
  • Conduct local market activities, promotional campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and financing partners.

Showroom and Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of COCO showrooms and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Ensure proper display, availability, and presentation of vehicles and accessories.
  • Maintain showroom standards, branding, and customer service quality.
  • Monitor inventory coordination and vehicle delivery processes.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the sales team for target achievement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and sales coaching sessions.
  • Ensure discipline, teamwork, and professional work culture within the showroom.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
  • Maintain customer database and follow-up systems for repeat business and referrals.

Report & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Recommend strategies for sales improvement and business growth. 


Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.


Experience:

  • 4–7 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in 2 Wheeler industry.
  • Prior experience in showroom or COCO operations management preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team handling.
