Position Overview

The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding global business opportunities across multiple companies under E-jobs Nepal. The role focuses primarily on the UK and European markets, with the objective of building long-term international partnerships and contributing to the company’s global expansion strategy. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, international exposure, and proven experience in recruitment or HR services.


Key Responsibilities

1. International Business Expansion

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities in recruitment and staffing.
  • Focus initially on the UK and European markets, with long-term expansion into global regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sectors, emerging regions, and client opportunities.


2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, partners, and agencies.
  • Communicate effectively with global clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions.


3. Cross-Company Coordination

  • Manage business development activities across multiple companies under E-jobs Nepal.
  • Ensure consistency in service delivery, branding, and client experience across all business units.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.


4. Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare customised business proposals, quotations, and service agreements for various business units.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements, contracts, and communication records.


5. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve business development and sales targets for assigned regions.
  • Support the company’s global expansion strategies through lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Track pipelines, leads, follow-ups, and progress using CRM or internal systems.


6. Networking & Representation

  • Participate in online networking sessions, international meetings, webinars, and collaboration events.
  • Represent one or more companies under E-jobs Nepal as required during client interactions.


7. Alignment & Service Delivery

  • Ensure effective alignment between client needs and services offered by different sister companies.
  • Facilitate smooth coordination to deliver integrated and comprehensive recruitment solutions.


Key Requirements

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or client management in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
  • Proven experience dealing with international clients (UK, Europe, Gulf, or similar markets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Understanding of global recruitment trends and workforce solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in overseas manpower or international recruitment industry.
  • Knowledge of visa, compliance, or documentation processes related to overseas hiring.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
