Job Description:
We are hiring motivated and growth-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support outbound lead generation and sales development for U.S.-based companies including TaxMD™ (Tax Planning Software), Full Time Employee (FTE) and INVESTOR FRIENDLY CPA® (IFC). The role focuses on identifying potential prospects, understanding business pain points, initiating outbound outreach, and supporting pipeline development in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
We are hiring:
- Full-Time SDR – 1 Open Position
- SDR Intern (Unpaid) – 1 Open Position
The intern follows the same training structure as the full-time role and is designed for long-term growth into sales roles. Both positions are guided by a dedicated Growth Specialist / SDR Lead who provides training on systems, outreach, and sales processes.
Work Schedule
- Nepal-based role
- Requires flexibility for early morning or late evening shifts to support U.S. operations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers
- Build targeted lead lists via LinkedIn, websites, and databases
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Understand prospect pain points and business needs
- Qualify leads before passing to sales team
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Update outreach activity and communication notes
- Follow lead generation workflows and reporting systems
Collaboration
- Work with marketing on campaigns and outreach
- Coordinate with sales and leadership on qualified leads
- Participate in training, coaching, and roleplays
Growth & Learning
- Learn outbound sales systems and prospecting strategies
- Improve communication, objection handling, and qualification skills
- Work with AI tools and modern outreach systems
Requirements:
Full-Time SDR
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer communication preferred
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently within systems
- Comfortable with CRM, spreadsheets, and tools
- Willing to work early mornings or late evenings for U.S. hours
SDR Intern
- No experience required
- Strong willingness to learn sales and outreach
- Good communication and professional attitude
- Coachable and positive mindset
- Comfortable with research and tools
- Willing to work flexible U.S. time shifts
