Job Summary
Yoddha Lab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our multiple software products, including CRM, HRMS, and other SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive both B2B and B2C business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple software products.
- Drive business growth in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Identify and approach potential clients across sectors such as banks, insurance companies, and private organizations.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing, etc.).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize strategies.
- Manage branding, positioning, and promotional activities for all products.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT/SaaS/software products.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with professionals from various industries (banking, insurance, corporate sectors).
- Knowledge of CRM, HRMS, or similar software products is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical abilities.
