Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Drive regional sales targets and ensure market share growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer/distributor network.
Team Leadership
- Supervise Area Managers, Territory Managers, and other sales personnel.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of regional staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and goal-setting.
Operations Management
- Monitor the performance of all regional branches or partners.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and service standards.
- Oversee inventory, distribution, and logistics in the region.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and institutional buyers.
- Resolve escalated issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customer service and support functions to ensure service excellence.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports on sales, forecasts, and regional performance.
- Recommend pricing strategies, promotional offers, and improvements to the national leadership team.
Job Specification
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of regional sales strategy and business planning
- Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage supply chain, inventory, and logistics operations (industry-specific)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in English/Nepali (written and spoken)
