Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our professional education consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and contributing to student recruitment targets, particularly in international education markets such as Australia, UK, USA, and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, and local education agents to drive student referrals.
- Plan, organize, and participate in education fairs, seminars, and student outreach programs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and counseling teams to develop and implement student recruitment strategies.
- Achieve assigned student enrollment targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain and update a CRM/database of prospective students, partner institutions, and agents.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on business development performance, including targets achieved and areas of improvement.
- Stay informed about international education trends, visa/immigration policies, and competitor activities.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
(Master’s degree preferred) - Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education consultancy or international education sector.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales or enrollment targets.
