Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential customers
- Support the sales team in maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product updates
- Assist in meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, or client meetings when required
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction
