Job Description
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area for the Paints & Bath category.
  • Conduct one-on-one client meetings, provide product samples on-site, and manage follow-ups for successful site conversions.
  • Perform street-wise project mapping to identify projects at various stages and monitor competitor practices.
  • Monitor ongoing site work regularly, report complaints/issues to the relevant departments, and ensure timely resolution with effective solutions.
  • Manage site indexing: ensure timely updates, analyze data, and generate actionable plans based on insights.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Commerce stream.
  • Competent freshers can apply, Preferably 1 year of experience in sales of durable goods or construction-related products.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Internet, Email).
  • Good email and formal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle critical situations.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
  • Pleasing personality and honesty are essential traits.
