Job Description
Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Maintain departmental records, files, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Operational Coordination
- Support day-to-day activities related to departmental functions.
- Follow up with internal teams or external vendors as required.
- Assist in project tracking, deadline management, and task monitoring.
Data Entry & Documentation
- Enter and maintain accurate records in company databases or spreadsheets.
- Ensure timely documentation of reports, logs, and operational data.
- Assist in compiling data for audits or performance reviews.
Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams or clients related to functional tasks.
- Relay messages, coordinate feedback, and facilitate smooth communication.
- Support in drafting letters, emails, or memos as needed.
Compliance & Process Support
- Ensure processes align with company policies and guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely.
- Support in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
Job Specification
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of departmental workflows (e.g., HR processes, financial data entry, operations coordination)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Proficiency in English/Nepali (written and spoken)
