Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Document current processes and workflows using flowcharts, diagrams, and SOPs.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and tools.
- Track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and improvements.
- Collaborate with team members, department heads, and stakeholders to align process changes with business goals.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather process insights and feedback.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure version control.
- Support compliance and quality assurance efforts related to operational processes.
- Provide training and support to employees on updated processes and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Familiarity with change management practices.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with occasional travel to operational sites.
- Standard working hours with occasional extended hours during project deadlines.
Job Specification
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
