Job Description

We are looking for a skilled receptionist who, combine strong communication, customer service, and organization with proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling, CRM), multitasking, and problem-solving, all delivered with professionalism, patience, and a friendly, empathetic attitude to manage visitors, calls, and admin tasks efficiently as the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Management: Greet guests, provide information, offer refreshments, and guide them to the right person or area.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages; respond to emails and inquiries.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, book appointments, and coordinate meeting room usage.
  • Administrative Support: Sort mail/deliveries, file, photocopy, manage office supplies, and maintain records.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Security: Monitor access, issue visitor badges, and follow security procedures.
 
Job Specification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Related Field
  • Proficiency in Handling Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
