Primary Teacher(Birgunj)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to create a positive learning environment and support the academic and personal development of young students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Assess student performance and maintain academic records
• Encourage creativity, participation, and confidence in students
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
• Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities
• Maintain discipline and classroom management
• Participate in school meetings, events, and training programs

• Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant subject
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience at primary level
• Strong understanding of child development and teaching methods
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners

Preferred Skills

• Fluent in English and Nepali (Hindi is a plus)
• Creative teaching approach and activity-based learning skills
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for lesson preparation
