Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to create a positive learning environment and support the academic and personal development of young students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Assess student performance and maintain academic records
- Encourage creativity, participation, and confidence in students
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities
- Maintain discipline and classroom management
- Participate in school meetings, events, and training programs
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant subject
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience at primary level
- Strong understanding of child development and teaching methods
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in English and Nepali (Hindi is a plus)
- Creative teaching approach and activity-based learning skills
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for lesson preparation
