We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow sales in SMT (Supermarket & Modern Trade) chains. The role involves ensuring product availability, increasing visibility, and maintaining strong relationships with store managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales in supermarkets & modern trade outlets
- Ensure product listing, availability, and shelf visibility
- Coordinate promotions and in-store displays
- Build relationships with store managers and buyers
- Monitor stock levels and competitor activities
- Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports
Job Specification
- Experience in FMCG or modern trade sales preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet targets and manage multiple outlets
- Basic reporting and coordination skills
