Job Description
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and creative Play Group Teacher to nurture young children in their early learning stage. The teacher will focus on developing basic communication, motor, social, and emotional skills through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, warm, and welcoming classroom environment
- Plan and conduct play-based learning activities
- Teach basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, and alphabets
- Encourage social interaction and good behavior habits
- Support development of motor and communication skills
- Monitor and ensure children’s safety at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Communicate regularly with parents about child progress
- Assist children with daily routines such as eating and hygiene
- Participate in school events and activities
Job Specification
- Intermediate (+2) or Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred)
- Training in Early Childhood Education is an advantage
- Patience, warmth, and a genuine love for working with children
- Good communication and classroom management skills
