Job Description

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and creative Play Group Teacher to nurture young children in their early learning stage. The teacher will focus on developing basic communication, motor, social, and emotional skills through play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Create a safe, warm, and welcoming classroom environment
Plan and conduct play-based learning activities
Teach basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, and alphabets
Encourage social interaction and good behavior habits
Support development of motor and communication skills
Monitor and ensure children’s safety at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Communicate regularly with parents about child progress
Assist children with daily routines such as eating and hygiene
Participate in school events and activities

Job Specification

Intermediate (+2) or Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred)
Training in Early Childhood Education is an advantage
Patience, warmth, and a genuine love for working with children
Good communication and classroom management skills
