Position: Sales Officer
Location: Damak, Jhapa
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth within the designated territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Ensure effective product availability and visibility across the assigned market.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Prepare and submit sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback on a regular basis.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Running or Completed)
1–2 years of experience in sales (FMCG, Building Materials, or related industries preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Should own their own two wheeler with a valid driving licensce
