Position: Showroom Incharge – Passenger Vehicle Segment
Department: Sales
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Showroom Incharge is responsible for managing the overall operations of a multi-brand passenger vehicle showroom, ensuring sales target achievement, delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading the sales team, and maintaining showroom standards while driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all assigned passenger vehicle brands.
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring brand standards, cleanliness, and vehicle displays.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers to maximize productivity and sales conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-up of customer inquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and after-sales coordination.
- Deliver a superior customer experience by resolving customer concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor CRM/DMS usage, maintain accurate sales records, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, showroom events, and corporate sales initiatives to generate leads.
- Manage showroom inventory, demo vehicles, promotional materials, and operational compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or showroom management role.
