Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Relationship Officer to manage restaurant partner accounts, strengthen business relationships, and identify opportunities for partner and business growth. The role involves regular partner communication, account management, business development, field visits, and coordination with internal teams.
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, requirements, and day-to-day support.
- Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs and improve their overall experience.
- Monitor restaurant account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support partners with promotional campaigns and platform-related requirements.
- Ensure restaurant information and operational details remain accurate and updated.
- Proactively support partner retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and onboard potential restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and business opportunities.
- Support commercial projects and strategic growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams to resolve partner issues.
- Communicate promotions, policies, and operational updates to partners.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and account activities.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on account performance and activities.
- Conduct field visits and in-person partner meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in account management, relationship management, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities effectively.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal vehicle and valid driving license are mandatory due to regular partner and field visits.
