Role Description The Food and Beverage Intern will support daily operations in the hotel’s dining outlets and contribute to a positive guest experience. This internship role is based on-site in Lazimpat and involves assisting with food service, setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards in the restaurant and bar areas. The intern will help take orders, serve food and beverages, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams. Additional responsibilities may include learning basic preparation and plating techniques, supporting inventory checks, and following hygiene and safety guidelines. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to hotel food and beverage operations and to develop professional service and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations.
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
  • Candidates should possess basic Culinary Skills or a willingness to learn in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Enrollment in or completion of hospitality, hotel management, or related studies is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, maintain professional grooming standards, and follow food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
