Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This position involves supporting sales outreach, generating leads, and assisting in presenting Nepfinity’s services to potential clients. The intern will help manage customer interactions, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, preparing sales materials, tracking performance metrics, and participating in training to better understand the company’s offerings. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital solutions environment, with opportunities to learn and grow in both sales and marketing.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members.
- Customer Service and client relationship skills to support inquiries, follow-ups, and positive customer experiences.
- Sales skills to assist with lead generation, outreach, and presenting digital solutions to prospective customers.
- Interest or experience in Training and Sales Management to help coordinate sales activities and learn basic sales processes.
- Basic understanding of digital products and services (e.g., software, mobile apps, websites, SEO, digital marketing) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
