Job Description

Role Description The Fleet Operations & Rider Onboarding Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pokhara. This position is responsible for coordinating daily fleet activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle and rider performance to ensure safe and efficient operations. The Officer oversees rider onboarding processes, such as documentation checks, orientation, basic training on company procedures, and compliance with safety and service standards. The role includes maintaining accurate records of riders and vehicles, tracking attendance and performance, and reporting operational issues to management. The Officer will also communicate regularly with riders, resolve basic operational concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to improve overall fleet efficiency and rider experience.

Qualifications

Job Description:
  • Manage the end-to-end rider onboarding process, from lead follow-up and screening to activation.
  •  Conduct rider interviews, riding tests, and document verification. 
  •  Maintain accurate rider records and update onboarding details in the system. 
  •  Coordinate security deposit collection, scooter allocation, rider activation, and handover. 
  •  Manage rider offboarding, including scooter returns, damage assessment, inventory updates, and profile closure. 
  •  Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and other teams for smooth daily operations. 
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. 
  •  Handle rider queries and ensure a smooth onboarding and rider experience. 
  •  Prepare and maintain operational records and reports. 
  •  Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and leadership in daily operations.
Specification:
  •  Bachelor’s degree completed/running in Management or a related field.
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, customer service, or fleet management. 
  •  Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and documentation. 
  • Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English. 
  •  Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory. 
  • Strong coordination, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and accountable. 
  •  Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams
