Receive, store, and maintain inventory in an organized manner, ensuring proper bin or rack allocation and accurate identification.
Issue products and spare parts against approved Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, or other authorized documents.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Procurement team for timely stock replenishment.
Conduct periodic stock counts, assist in monthly reconciliations, and support annual physical inventory verification.
Investigate inventory variances and report discrepancies with supporting analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with established storage and handling procedures.
Prepare, update, and maintain all warehouse records and registers, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Delivery Challans, Invoices, Stock Issue Register, Tools Inward/Outward Register, Fuel Register, and other records as required.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Service departments to ensure efficient inventory movement and accurate documentation.
Support loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch activities from the warehouse, as required.
Deliver invoices, collect cheques, and perform other document-related tasks as assigned.
Perform any other warehouse, inventory, or administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Management or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, proactive, and professional work attitude.
Eagerness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Must own a valid two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
