Role overview

The Province Incharge is responsible for leading and managing all operational, logistics, sales, administrative, and branch activities within the assigned province. The role ensures operational excellence, business growth, customer satisfaction, branch performance, and compliance with company standards while driving overall provincial performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Operations Management

  • Lead and supervise overall transportation and logistics operations across the province.
  • Ensure timely pickup, transit, dispatch, and delivery performance in all branches.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, route optimization, and operational productivity.
  • Ensure safe handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.
  • Resolve major operational challenges, customer escalations, and service issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and safety standards.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive province-wide sales growth and achievement of business targets.
  • Monitor branch sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and market expansion plans.
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention, and business development initiatives.
  • Review sales reports, business analysis, and performance metrics regularly.

Staff Leadership & Branch Coordination

  • Lead, supervise, and manage branch staff and operational teams within the province.
  • Ensure high levels of discipline, accountability, and employee productivity.
  • Support talent development, staff training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce management.
  • Maintain strong coordination and communication between branches and head office.

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Monitor provincial operational costs and implement cost-control measures.
  • Review and approve branch operational reports, expenses, and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance across all branches.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and administrative management activities.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare and submit operational, sales, and performance reports to management.
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, branch productivity, and delivery performance.
  • Analyze operational risks, losses, damages, and irregularities and take corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, inspections, and performance reviews.

Requirements:
  •   Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, operations, courier services, or multi-branch management.
  •   Proven experience in team leadership, business development, and operational management preferred.
  • Strong experience of transportation operations, dispatch management, route planning, and branch coordination.
  •  Experience in handling operational reporting, KPI monitoring, and performance analysis.
