Job Summary: We are seeking for a highly analytical and driven Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of our core technology and engineering initiatives. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between our software, engineering, and product teams to ensure our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with global stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, and track progress using standard metrics.
- Lead, motivate, and direct project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring seamless communication across all departments.
- Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, proactively devising mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular status updates, performance reports, and budget forecasts to international leadership and clients.
- Must have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, successfully delivering end-to-end projects within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to use Project Management Software and proficient in tools like Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones, cultures, and diverse geographical teams.
- Strong working knowledge of standard frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
- Ability to read technical documentation, interpret technical jargon, and translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Familiarity with basic QA lifecycles and software deployment processes.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is a distinct advantage.
- Budget Tracking & Data Analysis: Ability to utilize advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) or financial ERP systems to manage cost control and forecasting.
- Experience building flowcharts, process maps, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
- Must have a strong back-up power supply and internet supply, and a working laptop.
