Role Description The Crew Member role at Valley xpress is a full-time, on-site position based in Patan. In this role, the crew member will assist with daily operations, which may include serving customers, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, and restocking supplies as needed. The crew member will follow company procedures, support colleagues during busy periods, and ensure that all customers receive courteous and efficient service. This position may involve operating basic equipment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards, and completing assigned tasks within set timeframes. Crew Members are expected to be reliable, ready to work varied shifts, and willing to learn new responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide courteous, professional customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with attention to accuracy in transactions and record-keeping.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting light to moderate loads, and maintaining a clean workspace.

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
