Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Tours Consultant Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience in an international tours and travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients, designing travel itineraries, making bookings, providing travel consultations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Design and recommend customized domestic and international tour packages.
Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and proposals for clients.
Handle flight, hotel, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel-related bookings.
Coordinate with international suppliers, hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners.
Provide accurate information regarding destinations, visas, travel documents, and tour requirements.
Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through booking and post-travel support.
Manage client inquiries through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Ensure all bookings and travel arrangements are completed accurately and on time.
Handle changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer concerns professionally.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain proper records of clients, bookings, payments, and correspondence.
Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, airline policies, visa requirements, and tourism products.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in an international tours and travel company.
Strong knowledge of international tour packages and travel destinations.
Good understanding of flight, hotel, and tour reservations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service and sales skills.
Good negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and online travel platforms.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and sales targets.
