Job Description
About The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to generate meaningful opportunities for our U.S. sales team. You’ll identify the right companies, connect with key decision-makers, and execute personalized outbound campaigns that prioritize quality.
Reporting to the Director of Growth & Operations, you’ll work with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach while contributing to the development of Devfinity’s in-house growth platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target companies and identify decision-makers.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists.
- Execute personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Test messaging and targeting to improve engagement.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the U.S. sales team.
- Research relevant industry associations and events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect data.
- Track outreach performance and improve results.
- Document best practices and strengthen outbound processes.
- Partner with the Director of Growth & Operations on growth initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound prospecting.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience working with U.S. or other Western markets. .
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms, Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work several overlapping hours with U.S. Mountain Time.
