Job Description

As we continue to expand, we are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven professionals to join our team as Unit Incharge or Branch Incharge.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the assigned branch.
- Achieve branch sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Supervise and motivate technical, sales, customer support, and administrative teams.
- Ensure timely service delivery, installations, maintenance, and fault resolution.
- Develop local business opportunities and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Monitor branch performance, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Branch Operations, ISP, Telecommunications, Sales, Customer Service, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Owning a motorcycle or scooter will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to relocate to any Sajilo Net branch across Nepal based on business requirements.
- Should be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Must be available to work beyond regular office hours during emergencies or critical operational situations.
