Job Description
HIRING: PLANT HEAD – LIFT ASSEMBLY FACTORY
Location: Bhairahawa, Nepal
Industry: Engineering / Lift & Elevator Assembly
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day plant and lift assembly operations.
Plan and monitor production to achieve operational targets.
Ensure assembly meets required quality and technical standards.
Manage manpower, productivity, and workforce allocation.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, warehouse, installation, and service teams.
Monitor inventory, machinery, tools, and maintenance requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process and productivity improvements.
Monitor production costs, efficiency, quality, and overall plant performance.
Prepare regular production and operational reports for management.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a Plant Head, Plant Manager, Production Manager, or similar leadership role.
Experience in lift/elevator assembly, engineering manufacturing, automobile assembly, or related industries will be highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, maintenance, safety, and plant operations.
Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
