Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and secure new corporate business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits.
- Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell the company's ICT products and enterprise solutions, including laptops, desktops, servers, storage, surveillance, networking, power solutions, and related technologies.
- Conduct product presentations and meetings with customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and cost estimates in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, including Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), delivery coordination, and other related documents.
- Assist in preparing tender and bid documentation whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, contracts, customer correspondence, and sales documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision-makers.
- Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Provide effective pre-sales support and ensure timely post-sales follow-up.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Provide regular market intelligence and customer feedback to the management team.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing and new customer accounts.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business updates.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales, preferably in the ICT, electronics, or technology industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of enterprise ICT products and solutions is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and CRM applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle are mandatory.
