Role OverviewTranquility Spa is seeking a polished and commercially driven professional to represent its exclusive wellness offerings at two of Kathmandu’s distinguished hospitality properties - The Soaltee Kathmandu and Royal Tulip Kathmandu.
The role involves developing relationships with discerning individuals, corporate leaders, business owners, expatriates, and premium clientele while presenting thoughtfully curated wellness experiences, lifestyle privileges, and corporate gifting solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Represent and promote the spa’s exclusive wellness experiences and lifestyle offerings with professionalism and discretion.
- Build relationships with premium individual and corporate clientele.
- Identify new opportunities through referrals, professional networks, corporate associations, private events, hotel guests, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct personalised consultations, property experiences, and professional presentations tailored to each client.
- Manage the complete client journey, from initial engagement and follow-up to confirmation, payment coordination, and after-sales care.
- Develop corporate wellness and premium gifting opportunities for organisations, events, and special occasions.
- Maintain strong relationships to encourage continued engagement, referrals, and repeat business.
- Translate management’s commercial direction into structured sales activities and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate client and opportunity records using CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other assigned tools.
- Coordinate closely with spa operations, hotel teams, marketing, finance, and management to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide timely reports on client engagements, business opportunities, conversions, revenue, and collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in premium sales, business development, hospitality, banking, luxury retail, automobiles, real estate, insurance, or related sectors.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Polished, confident, well-groomed, and comfortable representing exclusive hospitality properties.
- Able to engage senior professionals, business owners, and discerning clientele with confidence and discretion.
- Strong execution skills with a disciplined approach to prospecting, follow-up, and conversion.
- Proficient in email communication, internet research, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle and possession of a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel within the Kathmandu Valley and attend client meetings or events as required.
