Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government tenders, institutional sales, and fleet business.
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and test drive events to increase market visibility and sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management.
Manage dealer operations and maintain strong relationships with fleet and corporate customers.
Secondary Responsibilities
Conduct product and sales training for dealers and sales executives to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Service, and Finance teams to support business growth and improve the customer experience.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, heavy equipment, or electric vehicles (EVs).
Proven experience in dealer management, fleet sales, institutional sales, or key account management will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently for business.
