- Visit clients and customers regularly to promote products and generate sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and clients.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Responsible for product promotion, market development, and sales growth.
- Ability to retain existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Must possess excellent customer retention and follow-up skills.
- Own vehicle (motorcycle/scooter/car) with a valid driving license for field visits.
- Fuel and other official travel expenses will be covered by the company for employees using their own vehicle for work purposes.
- Ability to conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales reporting is an advantage.
