  • Visit clients and customers regularly to promote products and generate sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.

Job Specification

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and clients.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Responsible for product promotion, market development, and sales growth.
  • Ability to retain existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Must possess excellent customer retention and follow-up skills.
  • Own vehicle (motorcycle/scooter/car) with a valid driving license for field visits.
  • Fuel and other official travel expenses will be covered by the company for employees using their own vehicle for work purposes.
  • Ability to conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales reporting is an advantage.
